Returns + Exchanges:
Online: Click HERE to start your return process for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
You will receive an email with instructions and your pre-paid return shipping label. Please ship out your return within 5 days, returns shipped after this time may be denied. After receiving the return, please allow 2-3 days for processing. If approved, your store credit will be applied.
Shipping cost is non-refundable (An additional $7.00 will be deducted from orders with free shipping).

Holiday Return Policy: All holiday orders placed from November 19th, 2024 through Christmas Day will have until January 8th, 2025, to return. Requests can be made online or in-store. Please note that all holiday promotions are final sale.

Returns must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached, unwashed, and scent free. We reserve the right to deny the return or exchange for items received after this time or to send the items back to you if not in the condition it was initially received.

Any item discounted 30% or more from full retail price is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
