Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours. Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.

You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.

FREE local pickup is available in Virginia Beach, VA (Choose options at the checkout.) We can only keep order for 14 days.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

Returns + Exchanges:  

Online: Click HERE to start your return process for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

You will receive an email with instructions and your pre-paid return shipping label. Please ship out your return within 5 days, returns shipped after this time may be denied. After receiving the return, please allow 2-3 days for processing. If approved, your store credit will be applied.

Shipping cost is non-refundable (An additional $7.00 will be deducted from orders with free shipping).

In Store: You can return or exchange your online and in-store purchases at our store within 14 days for store credit at:

Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response as we're a small team.

Returns must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached, unwashed, and scent free. We reserve the right to deny the return or exchange for items received after this time or to send the items back to you if not in the condition it was initially received.

Accessories, jewelry, shoes, swimwear, undergarments, damaged, and all items marked as sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any item discounted 25% or more from full retail price is final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Exchanges are processed for the amount paid for each item. We do not honor new discount codes on exchanges. All exchanges are considered final sale.

International: We are currently not accepting returns on international orders. Local customs and duties may apply.

If you receive an item with any defects or issues, please email us within 5 days with a photo of the damage. Note that we’re not responsible for damages caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.
